  • Homegoods, Christian Bookstore, etc, a (guest) wrote 16 years ago:
Lots of stores have closed recently. The new owners have priced out all the unique local stuff to be supposedly replaced with stores that are probably already at Rosedale across the highway.
  • Staples (Former AMC Movie Theater), a (guest) wrote 16 years ago:
Actually closed December 2006. The cool old sign and facade were finally removed May 21-23, 2008. This theater was so cool and I was sad to see it go. It's being replaced with a Staples though, so that will be unique and exciting (sarcasm).
